Note that Win + Print Screen key combination still works the same way and will still save a screenshot of entire desktop to the Screenshots folder under Pictures folder in your local user profile. Pressing Alt + Print Screen keyboard shortcut will save the screenshot of the currently active window instead. Now from this point on, every time you press Print Screen key on your computer a screenshot of your whole desktop will be saved in the following folder in your OneDrive and gets synced up to the cloud automatically. OneDrive will now take over and register any keyboard combinations that involve Print Screen key, Alt + PrintScr, Ctrl + PrintScr, etc. Then, switch to Auto Save tab, and check the option “ Automatically save screenshots I captured to OneDrive.”Ĭlick OK to save the setting.
